We talk about Infidelity, and how it appears on both sides of the spectrum. At a recent event where Connor spoke he asked the room if they had ever cheated or been cheated on, and the majority of the room put their hands up. Connor shares an overview about Understanding Infidelity and a workshop coming soon on this subject.

This is a very interesting episode. I'm interested in hearing more, particularly about how one gets to the point they're unfaithful. I know how I got there, it took years and multiple conversations about needs that either produced temporary results or no changes. For me, it is the marker that it's time to go, but never had the courage or emotional strength to do so.
