Jason MacKenzie is going to teach you How to be a Stronger, Wiser & More Courageous Father

Jason MacKenzie draws from his experience as a survivor of his wife's battle with bipolar disorder and subsequent suicide and has overcome a decade-long battle with alcohol. But he has finally become the father his kids have always deserved. By being vulnerable, he is helping his daughters to use his experiences to inform the choices they make.

His driving purpose is to lift those who want more from their lives to increasingly higher levels of personal and professional performance through cultivating the power of vulnerability. He teaches them it’s in the crucible of authenticity where they will develop unlimited strength, courage and wisdom.

In this episode he equips us with the tools to make the choices that will create more of what we want in our lives.

The Minimalists are dedicated to living a little bit more simply in your lives and creating room for all the things that don't require a purchase or don't need to be plugged in. It's about living a more meaningful life with less stuff in your life. It's a refreshing way to think about your life. These guys have written awesome books. They have an incredible blog. They have a podcast and they just recently came out with a documentary. We dig into all of those plus more in this conversation.

We were introduced to Johnny Berba through a fan of the show. He said “you gotta check out this pickup artist who quit the industry to focus on self love and healing emotional trauma.” We were skeptical to say the least but when we watched the videos we were sent everything changed.

Now he’s a dating and life coach that can teach you how to attract people naturally - no tricks, no lures, no manipulations or pickup lines - just through being yourself, being honest and direct, standing confidently. Being the true you.

There’s a lot of bullshit out there in the dating world. But everything that Johnny is bringing to the conversation rings through to us - we hope you’ll enjoy.

  • What has your experience been like sharing your videos on YouTube? (15:07)
  • What other areas are men affected by anxiety? (21:40)
  • How big of a part does shame play in anxiety? (24:56)
